Welcome back to Vice City. Welcome back to the 1980s!
Game Review::
From the decade of big hair, excess and pastel suits comes a story of one man’s rise to the top of the criminal pile. Vice City, a huge urban sprawl ranging from the beach to the swamps and the glitz to the ghetto, was one of the most varied, complete and alive digital cities ever created.
Combining open-world gameplay with a character driven narrative, you arrive in a town brimming with delights and degradation and given the opportunity to take it over as you choose.
To celebrate its 10 year anniversary, Rockstar Games brings Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to mobile devices with high-resolution graphics, updated controls and a host of new features including:
Features:
Beautifully updated graphics, character models and lighting effects
New, precisely tailored firing and targeting options
Custom controls with a fully customizable layout
Massive campaign with countless hours of gameplay
Compatible with the MoGa Wireless Game Controller and select USB gamepads
Integrated with Immersion tactile effects
Tailor your visual experience with adjustable graphic settings

-> after extraction you find this folder ‘com.rockstargames.gtavc’ , you put it to ‘sdcard/Android/obb’
Note: If you have already downloaded and installed v1.01 (+sd data)from http://bit.ly/Z4cdWS ,there is No Need to download obb files again

ReplyDeletecan you help mi fix this?
on your sd card you have;
DeleteAndroid/obb/com.rockstargames.gtavc/main.11.com.rocksargames.gtavc.obb
7com or 11com??
install apk with easy installer or any file chooser you have. open the second file that says sd data download and take the 'com.rockstargames.gtavc' and put it in 'android/obb' under your phone files Not sd files and your good to go
Deleteok this may work for you it worked for me I uninstalled the program and removed everything from the obb folder. then instead of putting the apk file on first to install the game, do that second. so put the files for the obb in first then install the game
DeleteIt works on my Xperia S with Latest CM10 (JB 4.1.2) but when i get in the car it restarts!! i found a topic on xda forums about that issue on Xperia S but no fix i hope if someone here find a fix to let me know
Deletecan anyone help?
DeleteAfter i updated to 1.02 the game crashes at the start on Sony Xperia S
Working perfect here on Nexus 7. you maybe using unsupported devices.
ReplyDeletei think you're correct! it does work on my Galaxy S2 however does not support my Galaxy S2-X!!
DeleteFound this on some other forum::
ReplyDelete< It's simple enough to play it by copying to the correct folder path... You shouldn't get XAPK validation error if you do it properly.
1.01/1.02: sdcard/Android/obb/com.rockstargames.gtavc/main.11.com.rockstargames.gtavc.obb
However, Rockstar are aware of the driving bug. Perhaps they don't work Saturdays as I would've expected it to have been fixed by now!
You might want to keep an eye on this:
http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/22598822-updated-12-14-12-video-freezing-in-vice-city-with-audio-in-the-background
If you're lucky enough to use a Mali-based device in this instance, you'll be fine... It seems they developed the game for that sole purpose. For the rest of us, we're going to have to wait for them to fix this mess. I've yet to even buy the game since I'm waiting on them to update the play store compatibility properly.>
